Phase One: Immersion Program
The Immersion program is an invitation for all who desire to delve into the living wisdom of yoga. Universal principles of alignment will be threaded with a life-affirming philosophy that inspires you to deeper levels of understanding and practice of the Anusara Yoga method. Learn and practice in a supportive community, where each individual’s gifts are honored and celebrated. The curriculum systematically covers an in depth study of asana, the Universal Principles of Alignment, philosophy, functional anatomy, therapeutics, pranayama, & meditation.
Immersion I: January 14-15, February 18-19
Immersion II: March 10-11, April 14-15
Immersion III: April 28-29, May 19-20, June 9-10
Saturdays & Sundays 11:30am-8:00pm
$600 per immersion ($650 after January 1 for Immersion I; after March 3 for Immersion II; after April 21 for Immersion III)
$1,800 for all 3 immersion segments ($1950 if paid after January 1, 2012)
Phase Two: The Art & Skill of Teaching Anusara Yoga
Learn how to teach clearly and effectively in the Anusara Yoga method. As you continue to refine your understandings and practice, you will cultivate ways of inspiring and guiding others to their own optimal experience and radiant health. This two part training will progressively build and refine the art and skills to be an inspiring and extraordinary yoga teacher.
Level One: July – September 2012
July 7-8, August 4-5, September 8-9
Level Two: October – December 2012
October 6-7, November 3-4, December 1-2
$900 per each Teacher Training level ($950 after June 1, 2012)
$1,800 both Teacher Training levels ($1,900 after June 1, 2012)
$3,100 entire year of training ($3,300 after January 1, 2012)
*Each part of the training may be taken separately as long as the prerequisites have been completed.
