Kathleen Bentley
Kathleen offers her efforts in yoga at the lotus feet of her teachers. Having an interdisciplinary yoga background, over the years she has studied with many yoga teachers devoted to a variety of different styles. Kathleen is deeply honored to be a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (studied under her beloved teachers Shri Sharon Gannon, & Shri David Life), she is Anusara Yoga teacher trained under the expert guidance of Sherry Schreck, studied Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy with the amazing Elisa Cobb, Sanskrit Studies with Shri Manorama, certified in the heated hatha flow of Synergy Yoga, and holds a BA in history. Kathleen hopes that her students experience that they are completely whole, divine beings, and know that this state of yoga is our true natural state.
