Stephanie Armijo
Since the doors to La Jolla Yoga Center opened in November 2009, Stephanie has been a consistent presence at LJYC. She completed La Jolla Yoga Center’s first Teacher’s Training 200-hour program in early 2010 and has had the opportunity to participate in every workshop that LJYC has offered. Yoga has shifted Stephanie’s perspective and she has been dedicated to continuing her yoga studies and expanding her influences. Stephanie’s deepest gratitude goes to all her teachers along the way who have inspired and challenged her. As a lifelong baseball fan, Stephanie enjoys working with athletes developing specific programs for training and rehabilitation.
As La Jolla Yoga Center’s General Manager, Stephanie takes pride in the vast array of offerings that LJYC brings to the local community. She believes that there is a type of yoga for every body.
