Four weeks to your most sculpted body!
We are fusing your two favorite workouts - yoga and boot camp - into an extremely effective, challenging and fun workout program. Yoga boot camp is a four-week cross-training program based on exercises that use your own body as resistance - yes, you are your own gym! From ancient warriors to Navy SEALs, the greatest bodies in history were created without machines or fancy gym equipment, and you will experience just that: four weeks of progressively challenging workouts, that will leave you burning fat, sculpting lean muscle, and improving your cardiovascular and muscle endurance. This intense program is a great alternative to traditional gym workouts, incorporating our favorite yoga strengthening exercises, calisthenics, isometrics, and athletic drills. All exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels. There are three workouts and one lecture/seminar each week for a total of 16 classes. Seminars include a cooking class, grocery shopping trip, and a healthy-eating workshop. Your progress will be tracked with before and after pictures and fitness testing.
Instructor Bio:
Mags' passion is motivating people to strive to be their best every day. For the past three years, she has been doing just that at Fit, the upscale downtown hot spot, and now she is bringing her boot camp skills to La Jolla. Mags does it all - training, boot camp, group exercise and workout videos. Her high energy and motivating workouts have been featured in Pacific and 944 Magazines, as well as on local TV.
