Learn how to access the core for better posture and explore dynamic abdominal exercises to develop strength and agility in your practice. By targeting these deeper muscles, you'll be able to flow smoother, jump lighter, and feel more confident in arm balances and inversions.

Deep in the core is the psoas muscle, a bridge that links the torso to the legs, making it a crucial muscle for structural stability. It is also directly connected to the fight or flight response and it therefore stores unconscious tension. Explore the anatomy and emotional connection of this mighty muscle and work specific yoga postures to lengthen and release it.
